aCCOMODATIONS
AMMAN ROTANA
Black Iris Street- Abdali, Amman, 11193, Jordan
Amman Rotana, located in the heart of Amman, Jordan, is a luxurious five-star hotel offering modern accommodations, world-class dining, and exceptional amenities. Towering over the city, it provides stunning panoramic views, convenient access to business hubs, and proximity to cultural landmarks.
FLIGHT ARRIVALS
Walid, Dima, Beshir, Sudhir, and Fakher will be arriving in Jordan on Monday, February 17.
Please go straight to the hotel upon arrival. Check-in time is 3PM (Jordan time).
Day 1: Tuesday, February 18
Arrivals (Local Team):
- Arrive to hotel at 9AM for sessions.
Day 2: Wednesday, February 19
Morning Sessions:
- First morning sessions 9AM - 10:45AM.
- Coffee break in hotel 10:45AM - 11AM.
- Late morning sessions 11AM - 1PM.
- Session schedule here.
- Dress code for all sessions: business casual.
Day 3: Thursday, February 20
Petra Team Trip:
- Team should meet bus and tour guide at the hotel entrance at 8AM.
- Please wear casual comfortable clothing. It is recommended to dress in layers to stay comfortable.
- Sweatpants, sweaters, light jackets, comfortable walking shoes, and hats are acceptable.
- Trip will take place all day, lunch will be provided.
- Dinner plans TBD.
CHECKOUT / FLIGHT DEPARTURES
Hotel checkout will be on Friday, February 21 at 12:00PM.
Walid, Dima, Beshir, Sudhir, and Fakher will be departing Jordan on Friday, February 21.
